After purchasing my new place I immediately wanted to replace the existing carpet. The carpet was in all three bedrooms, the living room and the stairs/ hallway. My coworker recommended SoCal Carpets and Floor coverings, so I reached out and spoke with Sergio. I Explained to Sergio what I was thinking and he came over with carpet and flooring samples and began to make this vision a reality. If you have ever done carpet or hardwood floors there are millions of options to patters to different types of materials to choose from. Sergio, patiently listened to my vision and offered many suggestions. It was Sergio who suggested the white risers on the stairs. I was glad I took his advice. When it came time for the install the crew from SoCal was AMAZING. They were professional and quick not to mention very tidy. I can not say enough about SoCal Flooring. I am beyond pleased with this company and will continue to do business with them. If your looking for carpet or flooring check this place out.

I can't recommend Sergio and SoCal Carpets & Floorcovering enough. Sergio came in and really took the time to understand what I wanted done, came with samples to look at, and worked with me to get a great price. The job lasted longer than the original estimate due to a demo issue, but Sergio didn't charge any more than the additional quote, he wanted to make sure that the job was done perfect. Their installers were great. Always came on time and made sure that their work was done perfect. They do jobs all over San Diego, so if you need flooring done for a reasonable price with pristine quality and excellent customer service, call SoCal Carpets and Floorcovering and Sergio!

I had baseboards installed in my entire house and LVP installed in 1,827 Sq Ft. including stairs. To say the job went smoothly would be a stretch of the imagination, nightmare would be more fitting. I had to contact my sales manager many times letting him know the job was not property done, it was sloppy. He kept telling me they weren't done but that's not what the installer said. No one came out to inspect the job. Gaps were left between flooring and baseboards, baseboards were not matching seems. Stair flooring had major space between molding, which I would not let fly so it had to be ripped out and redone. My question was why wasn't it done correctly the first time. Said and done it came out great but that was after me staying on top of the job thank god I was my own foreman. I posted pictures.

SoCal Floors is FABULOUS! I have never been happier with a major home project. My floors are stunning. I had my living room and kitchen/great room done. They demoed the old flooring and installed all the new. The wide plank white oak that Mike recommended is extraordinary looking. It opened up the living room and actually makes it look bigger. The tile installed in my kitchen/great room is a stunning hexagon Mexican design and extremely difficult to install. Israel and his team took meticulous care and time to do the job perfectly. The difficulty with this installation was no problem for him. A true craftsmen and a professional, as well as kind and friendly. They left the jobsite spotless at the end of each day and took great care when moving my furniture. Mike, the owner, took such personal interest care in my job. He'd call or text to check in along the way to see that I was happy with the work. He stopped by to check on the project himself. I would recommend SoCal Floors to anyone that wants perfect and beautiful floors with outstanding customer service!

Socal installed the flooring in my house. They rushed through the job and did not install flooring in the closets of the bedrooms. I asked what they didn’t do for the closets, and the response was it’s not in the quote. I feel like they didn’t put the closet in the quote because it takes a little more work to put flooring in a closet. They wanted to get in and out of the job quickly. I would not go with Socal Floorcovering again.

I definitely recommend SoCal for carpet and LVP. Misael was my sales guy and he had answers to all of my questions and took a lot of time making sure I felt comfortable. I have custom stairs and a custom fireplace that needed special care and he took a lot of time talking through the process with me. Israel and his team of installers were meticulous with the details and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were a pleasure to have in my home and were considerate of my kids when they were here. Misael came in person to check out the job towards the end- he wasn't just a guy trying to make a sale which I think some salesmen are. Installers came on time every day and we loved the downstairs LVP so much we installed it upstairs and added carpet in each room as well. Super impressed with their professionalism and I shopped around a ton before making a decision.

Micheal Panettiere, owner of SoCal Carpets and Floorcovering was recommended by my good neighbor, Douglas Springer. Douglas Springer is an amazing realtor and has worked with Micheal Panettiere for several of his properties. It was time to change the style, color, and texture of my carpet from the "Waterfall" to "Hollywood" style look.Micheal Panettiere is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person. Micheal spent time in helping me to choose the best carpet color for my stairs. He brought over several different styles, textures, and colors of carpet. He left a few samples with me to decide, which I really appreciated it. Micheal Panettiere has incredible customer service and truly understood what what type of carpet and color for my stairs. And, he made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. His carpet installer, Gordo, was very professional and did amazing job installing my new carpet. My new carpet (Hollywood style) is so soft with grey and white specks simmers in the light. It looks beautiful. I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality. Mike, the owner, is a great guy. I had a water leak issue in my house that caused the replacement of my floor tiles. We got intouch with Mike at SoCal Flooring through the insurance company, and ended up doing all the floor tile and carpet in the house. The tile guys Isreal and his brother Sergio are the most professional guys I have dealt with. They were so good, I had them do my in-law's house as well. They were fast and accurate with the rectified porcelain tile we picked for the floors. I highly recommend them for any job.

Misael was recommended by my amazing realtor, Noah Grassi. I had four quotes from different vendors and picked this company based upon their quality of work, capabilities, timing, cost, availability, and the wide range of products available.Misael is easy to work and communicate with. He worked to get me a quote quickly, went over the products in person, let me take the products with me so that I can compare them on site, and adjusted to a last minute change in schedule. He was available even during hours in which he wasn’t supposed to be working, answered my questions and calls during and after office hours and during weekends, and he checked in quite a bit during the entire process to make sure I was happy with the progress and work. I greatly appreciated that he took the time to work with me and address my every thought since I had many questions, comments, and concerns.Junior, Brenda, and Leonardo were amazing at installing the floors. Not only were they friendly, were very COVID safe, professional, and helpful but they also worked diligently, long hours, efficiently and quickly without lacking quality. They finished in the whole 1700 square feet of leveling and flooring while tacking on all of my random items such as helping me with some damages that were already there, removing and disposing of an old built in desk, removing some closet doors and tracks that had to be removed, placed in another room, and then placed back (not easy considering the room location and situation), helped me with some amazing design decisions as well as DIY suggestions around the house that I completed and I am very happy with because their suggestions were much better than mines, made some amazing calls with the flooring, connections, and baseboards, the custom work to go around the cables, connections, and other obstacles was flawless, the sealing they did on baseboards were amazing (and they showed me how to do it), the paint they did was an amazing choice, helped me estimate how much flooring is needed for my upcoming remodel, dealing with the transitions between the non-remodeled and remodeled sections of the house, and so much more! They had so many obstacles including the surprise double layer of tile, the many changes that I requested, and the last minute change that required them to take the entire kitchen flooring back out, make changes to the leveling, and placing the flooring back in with that happening at the final evening, they still finished on time so I could move in the next day, which was a shocking one day early! They were already on a tight time constraint and they managed to finish it quickly. They left my place cleaned with some gorgeous flooring where the LVP was laid out amazingly without any issues. They had to mix numerous boxes to get the layout as perfect as I was hoping it to be. I am very grateful that they were the ones working on my place and how much work and effort they put into making my home perfect.I would highly recommend working with Misael, Junior, Brenda, and Leonardo for their professionalism, quality of work, efficiency, timeliness, amazing communication, dedication to their work, amazing customer service, and going above and beyond their line of work!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. SoCal Carpets & Flooring just recently installed our new gorgeous floors and carpet(bedrooms) and it turned out better than I could of ever imagined. Not only is it absolutely beautiful but the workmanship is impeccable.I highly recommend SoCal flooring. Everyone there was extremely helpful from the start. I was overwhelmed with the huge selection and choices they offer. Michael and his staff were very patient and knowledgeable with ALL my concerns. When it came to installation Israel and his crew were very accommodating and professional. They were hard working, polite, and have a keen eye for the small details. And to top it off they left the house spotless! If your in the market for new flooring you have to use SoCal you will not be disappointed!!

I highly recommend SoCal Carpets and Flooring. They installed laminate flooring in our living/dining room and 2 bedrooms, including new baseboard, and replaced carpeting on stairs and hallway. They had an excellent selection and gave us guidance in making our choice. The installation was very professional, fast, and exceeded our expectations. We are usually do-it-yourselfers, and had installed laminate in one bedroom ourselves, so we knew what was involved and didn't expect the work to be up to our own standards but it was! I was especially impressed with how they finished off the baseboard. All in all, a very positive experience.

Mike and his team did a great job updating my floors and in a very tight schedule. Within one short week Mike brought samples that checked all the boxes, helped me narrow down the selection until picking one. He had it in stock and within days the workers were laying it down, carpeting and baseboards. I chose a LVP product comes with padding underneath and it's not only beautiful but so comfy to walk on - no more sore knees at the end of the day. His workers are meticulous, detail oriented, distributed the planks randomly so no pattern could be seen. I recently purchased a Condo and wanted new floors. After having gone to several places I fortunately stumbled across Southern California Flooring and what brought me in was the great reviews they had! But let me tell you, as good as they may be they will all fall short of reality. There are no words to express my satisfaction and gratitude! My first point of contact was the Sales Manager, Misael Ortiz. Before I even saw and compared their product to other places I had been l, I knew I would be giving them my business because of Misael’s stellar and I mean stellar customer service. He is knowledgeable, beyond courteous, available and truly puts into actions the saying of “going above and beyond the call of duty.” I just can’t say enough about him!Now on to the product... Mike and his team at SoCal have done it again....they went over and beyond our flooring expectations! They installed our downstairs flooring about a year ago and we knew immediately that we wanted to be repeat customers when we were ready to get the carpets replaced upstairs. Mike was a delight to deal with and his level of customer service was awesome...he even delivered carpet samples to our home and scheduled installation immediately so we would have the new carpet installed before Christmas. Fernando and Fernando (a father and son team) were very friendly, professional and respectful of our home and belongings...oh, and they are quick, they completed the installation in a day!!! The crew that put in my new floors was great. They completed the job on time with a friendly & professional staff. I did try to get a follow up quick fix on some stairs after the moving company did some damage to them, but the follow up from customer service wasn't ideal. Overall, nice selection of floors and would recommend SoCal Floors in Chula Vista.

Wanted to share my experience with SoCal Flooring. Mike Panettierepersonally came to my house to install Luxury Vinyl Planking. My current floor was not even close to level and the LVP could not be installed. Mike got a team that was able to level the floor to make it work. The best part about my experience was great pricing to meet my family's budget, and the fact that they finished exactly on schedule. I would recommend SoCal Flooring to all of my family and friends.

Second time I have had SoCal Flooring install my carpet at Mathnasium of Eastlake. First time was 11 years ago, second time was 2 months ago. Service was great. They came out and measured the same day I went to the showroom. Installation was neat, clean and fast. If you need flooring, SoCal Flooring is the place to go!

Even thought they close at 5 pm, they start to turn off all the lights at 4:30 pm despite some customers are still at the store looking at some samples. They also close earlier than the closing time. There response is slow and customer service is pretty bad.

I needed a small piece of carpet patched. I called and they told me they can do it, but it would be pretty expensive to have them do it. So they gave me the phone number of a guy who can do it for me much cheaper. I love when companies are willing to help you out instead of just trying to make money off of you. If I ever have a bigger flooring project, I will be calling them because of the excellent way they treated me in this instance.

They did all the flooring in our 1436 sq foot rental condo, including carpet and LVP. They furnished and painted all new baseboards and finished with perfect results, as promised with no "extra" money and on time. Were several thousand less than the next lower bid. I'll use them again in my own home.
