From the first day we met Mike Panettiere, he treated us like royalty. We had in mind a unique, custom, wood floor design. Mike and his lead fabricator and installer, Vincent Gonzales worked tirelessly with us until we had exactly what we wanted. For example, as we made many changes to our original design and specifications, they fabricated multiple, full size, custom pattern samples and brought them to our home for us to view ‘in place’ helping us visualize how everything would look when installed. With our final design in-hand, Vince and his crew quickly set to work providing excellent craftsmanship – the best we have ever seen.
